My Sim completed the Nordhaven Bike Part Collection. It says they were mailed a voucher for a free bike. It wasn't in the mail. It was in the household inventory and nothing can be done with it. It can be placed on the ground, but it can't be interacted with in any way - e.g. having my Sim put in his inventory or dragging it to his inventory. It can be sold for §10 from the household inventory. Not the price of a bike.
I assumed it would work like the computer voucher. No. And no free bike. 😢
Repaired and reset. Tried waiting for the next bill cycle. Traveled. No bike.
