[BH] Certain Family Recipies don't unlock

I am also experiencing this issues with fertility unleashed, and illness immunity in the family recipes. I've tested it across a couple saves now and it's not working. I just had a set of twins which didn't trigger anything for the parents. 

I'm on PC, and I don't play with mods or cc. 

Hi! I'm encountering the "fertility unleashed problem" as well despite my sims both becoming parents to a newborn.

Recently got the business and hobbies pack and I’m also experiencing this issue. So so disappointing buying a pack and not being able to use the features and enjoy the gameplay. Really hope this is fixed soon :(

The family recipes that I was hoping to use when the pack was announced fertility unleashed and minimal maintenance aren't unlocking in my save files, as far as I can tell.  Low maintenance didn't unlock in either the file I had before the pack or the one I started when the pack was released, however I was able to unlock the fertility in a more recent save file I started. If goods in packs do not function as claimed or on older save files, these persistent problems are making it extremely impossible to continue playing legacy files.

Are save files still required? When my baby grew into a toddler, both of my sim's parents were present (the father was holding the baby when she blew out the birthday candles), and the "low maintenance" family recipe remained unlocked. This is the first time a recipe has failed to unlock; I've had the majority of them unlock before.
