[BH] Coffee drinks don't have empty models

This bug has existed since the release of the “Business and Hobbies” expansion pack. Drinks from the bar counter in this expansion pack do not visually empty, even when they are already empty. The glass is still full, even though it only has one option, “clean up,” which means that it has already been drunk. PLEASE fix this, it's really annoying.

This is still an issue. In the tuning files for the drink objects, it tries to apply the "empty" state when consumed, but the geometry state is defined as "start". So it never properly applies the new state after being consumed because there is no related "empty" state.

I have a temporary fix available until it's officially patched.

upon looking into the game files via sims  4 studio, the cups DO have empty versions of the cups! 

but they're just unused :/
