Guess it's not something stuck on the sim then.
can you send me your save ?

OK so starting a new save with the family as a gallery import causes a couple of things to happen that could account for this behavior, first and foremost it clears the existing family recipes on the host sim, secondly it clears the notification dialogue as well that was preventing Family Recipes from being shared on the other save, and finally it seems to "unlock" some family touches to recipes that weren't unlocked before by that sim/family. It also undoes their dynasty connection entirely; so the import cleared a lot of data that was effectively involved.

I can try but is there a way to upload them without evicting them? They're a dynasty lineage and they take a penalty if I evict them...

Could you upload the family to the gallery and test them in a new save ?

These are the family members profiles from the perspective of the host sim...I don't see any sentiments at all on them come to think...

OK It appears to be just that one household, perhaps even just that one host sim (they're the only one that knows a family recipe in that family), so original thought that it was an inverted relationship tag is incorrect...I'm thinking one of the positive sentiments is actually flagged as negative now, in a moment I'll upload the sims profiles with their family members so you can help sift through which ones might be causing the problem...

Currently I've only tested with this family which has two adults and one child, all of which have this issue, but are in the same household...I'd need to test other households to know if it's a specific to one sim thing on the host sim.

Only reason I can think of that something like this might happen from a codified perspective is either someone formed a check with an Absolute Value conversion where it didn't belong OR someone got greater than and less than backwards (which happens even to the best coders, if we're being honest)
I don't currently have a sim that's red bar for Family members so testing the latter is a bit out of my immediate ability; another possibility is a positive sentiment is accidentally flagged as negative I guess...

Do you have this with all your Sims or this specific one ?
