[BH] Tiny pink outline lines appearing while building

Hi there, having a problem with pink room lines appearing when moving a building on a lot while also having the 'For Rent' EP disabled. The pink lines appear, but there is no 'room' button on the top menu to deactivate when 'For Rent' is currently a disabled pack.

I have this exact problem.  Ever since the Businesses and Hobbies pack came out, it's been happening.  I don't have that pack, because I don't want it, and I'm not going to pay for it just to get the little icon that turns the pink lines on and off!  This is a huge oversight/bug on EA's part that they clearly have no intention of fixing.  

It just happened to me and I found this thread searching for a solution. I do not have that green button, nor does O work.

I have never had mods. I own most stuff but do not yet have Businesses and Hobbies. It happens when I move the entire lot.

I am on Windows PC.

I did figure out that changing the type of place and then back again makes them go away.

I have the same issue on Residential Lots. I have BH installed, but I do not own For Rent.

I do not own businesses and hobbies or for rent, but the lines that divide up the rooms are appearing in my game.

When in build mode for rent lines? appear when lot is under residential category.
Lot was initially downloaded off the gallery and the lines only appeared once I started building the two foundation segments.

I  do not have for rent installed so this is strange.

After Royalty and Legacy came out, I decided to make one of my families from an existing save file live in Ondarion. I built the shell of a normal residential lot on the empty lot in Verdemar, but after I used the Move Lot function, every room of the lot had a pink outline. I know the outlines usually show up if you're working with a residential rental or a business lot, but the lot I'm building is just a normal residential lot, and I don't even own the Businesses and Hobbies pack, so I'm not sure why this is happening. I can't press [O] to get rid of them like I usually would on a residential rental because that's not the lot type I'm using, and switching to a different type of lot and going back to residential is only a brief fix.

I tested this in a few other worlds besides Ondarion to see if the issue exists for all lots, but it seems that this is only happening in the neighborhoods of Ondarion (I tested it in Bellacorde and Dambele too with the same result). I've also checked for this on other save files and even removed my entire Mods folder and started a vanilla save file to see if the issue persisted, and it did. I've already repaired my game and tried to move lots in the new world with and without mods, and the pink outlines are still there. I'm not sure what to do about this.
