[BH] [AA] Spinning class freezes lot when customer lacks ticket or is leaving

Issue Description:
When starting a spinning class in a business that has a ticket machine on the lot, the entire lot will freeze if the customer selected for the class has not purchased a ticket or is already in the process of leaving the business. No Last Exception error is generated. The only way to recover is to enter Build Mode, move the played Sim off the spinning bike, and travel with them to another lot. Upon returning to the home lot, everything is unfrozen.

Expected Behavior:
The spinning class should only allow customers who have purchased tickets to join. If a selected customer does not have a ticket or is leaving, the class should either cancel that customer's participation gracefully or prevent them from being selected. The game should not freeze the entire lot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Own a business with the Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack.
2. Place a ticket machine on the business lot (for paid entry).
3. Place a Gluteforce Instructor's Spinning Bike from Adventure Awaits on the lot.
4. Ensure some customers on the lot have not purchased a ticket (or are in the "leaving" state).
5. Start a spinning class.
6. Select a customer who lacks a ticket or is preparing to leave as a class participant.
7. Observe.

Actual Result:

• The entire lot freezes — all Sims stop moving, animations halt.
• The spinning class does not properly complete.
• No Last Exception is generated.
• The game does not crash to desktop, but gameplay becomes impossible.
• The only recovery method:
  1. Enter Build Mode (still accessible).
  2. Move the played Sim off the spinning bike using Build Mode tools.
  3. Travel with that Sim to another lot.
  4. Return to the home lot — everything is unfrozen.

Additional Notes:

• The bug can be avoided if the player only selects customers who are actively present at the business and have purchased tickets.
• However, identifying which customers have tickets versus those who do not is difficult in normal gameplay.
• The freeze appears to be a deadlock in the class initialization script — the game attempts to verify ticket status or participation eligibility but fails silently, locking all lot processes.
• Does not occur if there is no ticket machine on the lot.
• Does not occur if the business has free entry (no ticket machine).

Workaround:
Only select Sims who are visibly engaged with the business and have been on the lot for a while. Avoid selecting Sims near the lot boundary or showing "leaving" behavior. Alternatively, remove the ticket machine.

Impact:
Critical severity. The lot freeze completely halts gameplay and requires a tedious recovery process. Players may lose unsaved progress if they don't know the Build Mode travel workaround.  This makes spinning classes nearly unplayable on paid-entry business lots.
