Build progress doesn't save, has disappeared when I return to the build

I'm having the same issue, except mine deletes the items in the bathroom and kitchen, but not the beds or couch. I even tried a new build after trying the repair, but it keeps happening. And it not only removes new items I purchased, but the original items in the house, but only the kitchen and bathroom items (that I have noticed), plus anything new I buy like a TV or toybox. I do have mods, but I also tried without the mods and get the same problem.
