This happened to me today. I was building on the empty lot in Gibbi Point for about 45 minutes. I saved and left the game. When I loaded the save file again, the entire build had disappeared. It looked like nothing had ever been on the empty lot. For mods, I have Better Build Buy Catalog on, but I have no other mods downloaded.
