Business Panel Doesn't Show Owned Businesses

ive started multiple small businesses in newcrest and ive noticed after registering as a new business, i no longer get access to the small business panel. when i click on owned businesses in the bottom right corner it just asks if i want to "register a small business" again. When i click on kiosks on my lot it will allow me to set prices and open and sometimes close it. i feel like this bug defeats the entire purpose of the game, i cant have or manage employees, change any tasks or customer requirements.  i have zero mods on my computer at all for any games and have tried everything and this issue appears with every save ive tried. really begging for this bug to be fixed, i feel like at this point it might as well have been a kit or game pack  since nothing else is functional.  super sad and dissappointed. if anyone has any tips or tricks at all plz let me know. i feel like ive tried everything.
