Business Panel Doesn't Show Owned Businesses

I think I'm having the same issue. Starting yesterday, I logged in to have the Owned Businesses tab report "You do not own a small business right now" despite the fact that it shows up as "Owner of business" on my Employee tab and the housemate employee shows "Employee at business" on the Employee tab. Last night I "fixed" by going to an earlier save, and everything seemed to be working fine. I played, I saved, I logged out. 

Tonight when I logged in, same experience, only the business I "don't own" was still open and running. It wouldn't allow me to close it via the kiosk, but I left the lot, returned, and then it did let me close via the kiosk. Periodically the Owned Business tab will show the business again, but interactions may or may not work.

I do use mods, which I turned off while trying to troubleshoot this. There was no obvious effect.

A few days ago, I DID change my lot type to Tiny House Residential (Small Business). Could that be causing any trouble? I don't know, but I did change back to regular Residential (Small Business) just in case, although I haven't seen any improvement yet. 

This is super frustrating because my whole game currently revolves around this small business, and combined with the damage For Rent previous did to other worlds in this save file, I'm about ready to throw in the towel.
