I don't know if this is just a me problem, but every time I swap from one household to another, the previous small business disappears! It is like the original household never had one to begin with, yet my sims still know their employees, retain all their skills, and still live within the lot!
I do not have MODS, nor CC installed. This seems to be happening right after the last update we received.
