I have noticed that you can't make a New Year's resolution, and also, if you have fasting as a holiday activity, it doesn't register in the UI, though there is no negative moodlet after the 6-hour mark is passed and the sim can eat.
I wonder if anyone has playtested with other holiday activities to see if they have been similarly affected.
