I am having the same issue. I do have mods. I have better exceptions and MCCC. The mods were bugging out when I would try to make a resolution, so I thought it was the mods. I was doing a 50/50 to try to figure out which mod it was. I got down to having no mods and when I logged in to make the resolution. NOTHING happened. Came here to find out it is a bug in the game.
