Had this issue also. Saw yesterday (07-06-2025, Saturday). Selected option from/on Sim - and all household Sims - and the box/pop up menu (to select type of resolution wanted to complete/do) did not show up. Could not complete that task, of the Event/Holiday. May this issue, be fixed soon.
