Same here, I originally got the error in a modded save today (13/06/25) so started a clean save with no mods and same error, so rebooted again with TMEX's Better Exceptions to see what the problem may be and was told it is likely a game bug since there are no mods installed (not even CC). Better Exceptions' Last Exception file attached in case anybody's curious or it's helpful in any way :)
