I am also having this issue, I have the garden plots from the cottage pack, my sim walks up to them and then the action cancels itself. They can do everything but water. Then in the vertical gardens and garden pots it is fine! :(
What do you mean by vertical gardens? I had mine in planter boxes, then tried the raised mound garden plots from the cottage pack and that didn't work either. I have so many plants, I don't want to put all of them in pots!
Vertical Gardens go on the wall and came with Eco Lifestyle.
