Came here to report the same issue. I have a greenhouse with plenty of planters, trees planted directly on the ground and also patches from cottage living. The only way to water them now is by scarecrow or sprinklers, as neither gardener or ranch helper are able to water them aswell. Weeding, harvesting works just fine.
