No mods, no CC, fresh install, recently repaired.
Both my sim and a hired professional gardener will just stare at my plants in the "Mounded In-Ground Garden Patch" from the Cottage Living EP instead of actually watering the plant. Need to move every plant back into soil directly for watering to finally work.
Very sad about that. I adore the Cottage Living planter...
