I have the same issue with the plants in my greenhouse.
i tried to move the 4 plant planters box outside the greenhouse during winter season in buil;d mode, and then bring them back inside the greenhouse, Wa-la~ it got watered.
hope it works for u guys to keep the plants alive!💪

Dont get seasons rn! Itll just add more bugs to your game! It's broken and currently theres a known active bug for months now where the weather is indoors! So theres no protection from the elements for your sims when they're inside their houses!
