Same for me. Only in the planters for 4 plants. Not even gardening services can water them, I can harvest and spray for bugs just fine, just not water.
In ground and in 1 plant pots it works fine.
When choosing water plant /water all or tend garden the sim just resets and removes the job. Very enoying as I want to have my plants in a greenhouse and in those planters.
