Career rewards do not unlock when sim reaches the level it gifts them to
Expected behavior: When an athlete reaches level 2 and is given a trophy case, they should then be able to buy a new one if they lose that one. In fact, if my memory serves, their grandchild should be able to buy one of her own.
Actual behavior: The sim is gifted the item at the time of promotion in either household or personal inventory. The item is still locked in buy mode.
I am playing on the latest update patched on March 6, 2025.

I own all the Expansion, game, and stuff packs and most of the build mode kits. However, I only have the Build Kits, Get to Work, Get Together, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Spooky, Movie Hangout, and Romantic Garden loaded at this time.
I have actually had this bug for a very long time, I just was too lazy to post it.
Oopsie. I missed testing mods on this one, and it turns out it is being caused by the No Weather in Build/Buy Mod by TwistedMexi. It hasn't been updated in 4 years. I will look for a new mod to fix the weather if it starts bugging me again.
