could you provide a video of what you are seeing ? Is it the exact same thing happening on both platforms ?
PC: Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
For console: Did you do all the troubleshooting steps given in the console forum ? I can't really help you with it but there's folks that there that can help.
