When i click adopt the sim just picks uo the dog and puts it down, ive tried on different worlds, loaded games, and new games, different houses etc. so it dosent seem to be a mods issue, this started...

I have the exact same issue. Tried to adopt half a dozen dogs now, over the past 2 weeks, and it fails every time. Seriously annoying. A whole pack where one of the main functions is entirely unusable.
