Same for me, I ended up buying a examination bed (?) for pets and put it in my house, I even tried making my dog eat a wellness treat but she has been puking a lot!
Yeah when my animals kept vommiting I just turned the game off. It’s frustrating to say the least and I’m not playing anymore till they fix it
