I'm having this issue with the following:
Restaurants: Staff show up, and waiters will take orders, but chefs seem to get locked into a loop of cooking for hours but no food is ever actually made or delivered to tables.
Bars: Bartenders will show up to the lot but one of two things can happen. 1) They will actively go to the bar and tend it, but the sim will not be able to order drinks or food. Or 2) They will stand on the edge of the lot boundary and not ever enter the bar.
Vets: As others have said, vets simply don't spawn and neither do any other customers.
Cafes: Cafes are the only thing that are seemingly working as intended.
Generally I've noticed a lot less sims showing up to community lots suddenly. Even if there are sims on them, they tend to leave quite quickly - all except the cafe! So I'm not sure if the game is recognising there is nothing for the sim to do so they leave or what's going on there.
The only things I use are MC Command Centre, UI Cheats and some CC. MC Command centre has basically been constantly flagging last exceptions being logged, but with the server currently closed for support I can't inquire on these to find out if it's related.
Axoodles Yes! I have the same issue with restaurants, the food never gets delivered to the table, the chef just cooks for hours while my sims starve.
LonelyFewGlad I'm not alone, I was worried since other people hadn't reported issues with it!
So you get your stuff showing up at the restaurant? Cause I do not get any, just customers which leave after few min of waiting. No host, no chef, no waiters, nothing.
