[CD] [GTW] Retail worker/vets don't spawn for business as customer/Can't buy

I have done some testing since the B&H patch. My sim owned stores still definitely do not work. You have a sim from another household visit, and no workers show up and they can't click on and buy any of the items that are on sale. I have a number of sim owned stores and it is the same for all of them, no matter what they are selling - sim crafted goods, or ordinary items from the game.

The stores do work though when the sim owner is on the lot and opens up. I didn't test for very long but customers arrived and everything seemed to be working normally.

There is one possible workaround - though it is wholly unsatisfactory. I had one of my sim owners whose store was not working for visitors sell the business, then tested twice with other sims going to that lot. As soon as it was a non sim owned business, workers showed up and vistors could buy everything again. I guess if you have a sim owned store and have, for example, lots of crafted goods that you want your other sims to buy more than you want to actually run the place, this is the 'solution' - sell up. 

It is needless to say this is sub-optimal. At the launch of B&H, the other business-focused pack should be working properly.
