Certain hairstyle become short

No other sim in my save seems to have the issue, even other members of the university group that are wearing the same cloths as that sim when her hair is broken all seem fine. I already moved on in my save so can't test other hairstyles but looking at that other report it seems to be the same issue. 

I had this bug happen again today so have messaged with a link to my save file [Subject: Requested Save File - "Certain hairstyle become short" bug].

It was another paparazzi with neutral black hair.

What the hair shows as in CAS

Random sim in university, always the same sim, sometimes shows up with no hair and a black hole in her head. Seems to happen when she is part of a university activity but not when she is wearing her normal cloths. Will attach a CAS image of the sim and an image of how she looks in game when the bug is happening. 

Got all sims 4 packs, currently playing with university but everything is installed. No mods or CC used, as I just don't trust the internet. 

Hello, i play the Sims on my Xbox, and I've noticed recently that when I'm playing, it's different when I get a bit far from my sim(the camera) for some reason the hair goes away, and once I get back close enough to my sim the hair comes back...I have no clue why my Sim's hair is going away, but I hope this bug gets fixed soon.
