[CL] Apartments lose furniture when loading into adjacent apartment

When I load into an apartment in live mode (also works in build mode) all adjacent furnished apartments mark suddenly as 0 $ worth of furnishings and when a Sim tries to move into them they can only ...

Me too! My sim visited one apartment in a building to meet a sim, and now that entire building is unfurnished. I simultaneously started having an issue where my sims (also in a San Myshuno apartment) no longer seem to own their own items after I travel to other lots and return home, so something strange may be up with apartments in San Myshuno :(
