[CL] Apartments lose furniture when loading into adjacent apartment

I'm having trouble playing in the Landgraab Apartments. When managing worlds the lot do appear, except i can see no furniture, even though there is such. On th building mode everything looks normal, all the furniture are there again and i can make changes. Also, when i'm playing with my sims at those lots i can't even get into the apartment it just shows as a "locked" lot and the door disappears.
