[CL] [DU] [FR] [ECO] Objects cluttering worlds/Collectibles disappearing

I don't get it. I thought this issue was fixed with a patch? My save game seems to be constant when it comes to file size. So I thought all these items that cluttered the save got deleted and are deleted every time I save and quit the game.

Now it seems all these items are only invisible? And we have to delete these items with an external program Sims 4 Studio again? If this is the case then EA falsely told us, that this save corrupting bug is fixed. They can't be trusted- this is ridiculous.
