I have noticed that in Ravenwood, I am not given the option to apply for scholarships. Regardless if I have created a new sim or if I use a pre-existing Sim, it is not possible.

And additionally, EP16&EP17 Careers Overmax Re-Enabled
Undertaker career also doesn't benefit from a degree.
Nordhaven also has no scolarships

Romance Consultant career from Lovestruck had no entry benefits with degrees (sims start at level 1, no entry bonus...). However, Communication and Psychology degrees do help the performance bar raise faster.
Reaper career from Life & Death has no degree associated with it.
No new world scholarships are there after Chestnut Ridge from Horse Ranch. Due to this, Tomarang, Ciudad Enamorada, and Ravenwood has no world scholarships.
