I'm playing with Adventure awaits and after I click "go bowfishing" interaction, my sim goes to the right position but doesn't bowfish.
I don't have mods but I have these DLCs:
Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, Horse Ranch, Businesses & Hobbies, Enchanted by Nature, Adventure Awaits

Looks like a potential issues with fairy wings
Could you test if it works in human form ?
Just to let you know, I also had this issue and could not Bowfish with my fairy form showing. Concealing the form fixed the issue for now!

Thanks for this, it worked for me hiding the fairy form and I was able to complete the aspiration!
