Every BB item from the Happy Home Event is missing the Green Description Text that reads

It is confirmed as missing for these items because the CAS assets do have the description marker. 

The two hedges added with the Cozy Celebrations Event are missing the Green Description Text that appears for every other object that comes with this event

Horse Ranch is the only pack to have done this right. The rest look like this and are missing.

Sims aging up show wrong tooltip for gaining new skill.

I tested this twice and on both occurrances and after my child Sim aged up to Teen, the pop-up explaining why he got new skill levels refers to child Sims gaining skills due to reaching level 10 in toddler skills.

The expected behaviour would be that the Sim should be shown explanation on why the teen got certain skills based on skills achieved as a child.

For the record, my Sim had level 10 in Creativity, level 7 in Motor skills, level 10 in Social skills and level 2 in the intellect skill for children.
