[COLLECTION] Issues with Foods

As a Brit, I find it deeply weird that Shepherd's Pie under Baking requires Dough as an ingredient as Cottage Pie under Cooking requires only Prepped Meat.

For reference, the only difference between these two IRL is the meat used. Shepherd's Pie uses lamb and Cottage Pie uses beef. Neither has Dough - the topping is mashed potato. 

I would then expect to see: Prepped Meat, Prepped Veggies OR potato, onion and carrot. You can also have vegetarian/vegan versions with Prepped Meat Substitute - Shepherd's Pie currently doesn't have a Faux Meat substitute, though this could be considered redundant if the player has both [GTW] and [CoL].

[GTW] Needs Baking skill level 6 to make. Dough is not used in this recipe IRL. Should use Prepped Meat instead of Dough. Would also recommend adding a Faux Meat version and adding Onion to the list of ingredients (or Prepped Veggies and removing Carrot and Potato) as well to reflect IRL recipe.

[CoL] Needs Cooking skill level 6 to make. Is missing vegetables - either as Prepped Veggies or potato, onion and carrot.
