The Lost and Furniture Snatched Weave Dining Chair from Cats & Dogs at first glance has a duplicate swatch, but if you look at the thumbnail colors of the first swatch, it actually looks like the chair's black swatch is not working properly.
Other items from this "set", such as the desk, have a black swatch. So I assume the chair is meant to have it too, but for some reason it uses the textures of the last swatch instead.
