This thread is all issues with stuff not counting for Scout badges. Please create one post per type of badge.

Ideas
Swimming & diving activities also don't seem to count for keep fit. I don't think things like snowboarding, skiiing, hiking or rock climbing do either, but swimming seems like a bigger oversight lol. I'd also consider horseback riding to make sense for keep fit, but I can see how that could be debatable.
