As the topic says, the new mailbox with businesses and hobbies is only under misc appliances and not in the trashcans and mailboxes category

The blue Hands Free Railing's blue swatch shows as brown in build and live modes. (See image of railing color in contrast to the appropriately colored fence.)

A few wall mailboxes show up under "Misc Appliances" instead of "Trash Cans & Mailboxes" 

This is inconsistent with the Snowy Escape "The Snailbox Mailbox" which DOES show up in the correct category

The discover university mailbox is in the right category for me but I agree with the businesses and hobbies and the city living ones. I don't own Lovestruck so I can't really say anything about that one

Only the "Double Nordhaven-Style Door" has this beautiful purple swatch. All other windows/doors seem to be missing the beautiful swatch.

This chalkboard from Get Together has a problem with the highlighted swatch, it's supposed to be gray, but it displays the warm wood color.

The yfTop_SP08TeeBoatNeck from Backyard Stuff Pack has too identical top colours when both the swatch colour and file name (taken from S4S) are different, indicating they should be two different tops:

This is the correct one - the swatch is linked to file yfTop_SP08TeeBoatNeck_HeartGray

This is the incorrect one - it is a white swatch which links to file yfTop_SP08TeeBoatNeck_SimlishWhite, indicating the top should be a white T-Shirt with simlish, similar to some of the other swatches.

HBD Sliding Door, from Base Game, has two swatches with the same icon

"Child of the Village" from the For Rent pack is not visible in my game, either for Clubs or Small Business Customers. I was going to make a Tomarang ex-pat community and I just realised I can't.
