As screenshot attached, the secrets that have complicit sims does not show the complicit sim name, they show the sim self name (my sim name Cannon).
In case there's the same type of secret such as on the screenshot, my sim has Unfair Affair with 2 different sims. There's no way to know which one I have to choose if I want to manage these two secrets differently such as I want to bury one and sell another one.
This pop-up can be found when I manage Scandals with computer object, when I interact with the shadow broker NPC, Connie, and when I manage secrets of other sims like extort, expose, or promise to keep secret. This might include when I interact with podium during holding press conference as well when there's an option to expose a secret. This happens even I play without mod.
