[CONSOLE] Cheats menu getting stuck

For me its the cheat menu, calendar menu, and the milestones menu that you get with the growing together pack, I hope they can fix this bug soon

here we are half a year later and still having this issue. any new development on getting it unstuck? or is it a hopeless cause right now?

So, I’m currently playing with a family on vacations in San Sequioa. I went to level up the toddler skills with cheats, and the cheat bar got stuck and I couldn’t leave, so I saved it, went to main menu and continued the game. This problem was happening with everyone, except the elder! I tried everything google said, but none of them worked. Please EA and Sims Team, fix it!

The same is happening for me. The only solution i have found is going to manage worlds and opening the household again.

I updated my sims game today on Ps5 and whenever I would open the cheat bar, I couldn't close it. I restarted the game, and it worked and closed once, but after I opened the cheat bar once again, it wouldn't close once again. 

Same here when I tried using a cheat that worked in the past and now it won't work 

I just downloaded this game for free on my PlayStation 5 I haven't played it in a long time like years ago and I saw that you can enable cheats so you can get a lot of money and all that other stuff well I tried it for myself and it doesn't work it shows this green circle pulsing in and out in the whole typing thing is all green and when I put something in it it doesn't do anything just does nothing no matter what I do no matter how many times I tried it doesn't work so if this is a bug with the game mechanic can it please be fixed soon as you can because this is my first time playing on this version of the game because the one I played was the original or the first one I don't know which one it was but if you're reading this please fix this bug as soon as you possibly can please and thank you?

I am on ps5 and I am experiencing this same thing. Is this still under investigation after 5 months or is there a fix to this?

When an infant sim is selected and I try to put in cheats it gets stuck. I can not exit out of the cheats menu. Nor does the cheat work or allow me to enter anymore cheats. I have to exit to main menu. I’ve used cheats with infants before.
