[CONSOLE] Cheats menu getting stuck

Same as pc, plug it into the usb port or connect through Bluetooth. 

Hi! So I try to use the cheatbar, it let's me write down the cheat and the cheat works... But I can't get out of the cheatbar... I can save and exit or go to manage world but I can't exit the cheatbar like I can usually and just keep playing. I am on CONSOLE so definitely no CC. Anyone else experiencing this??

Yes I had the same issue today. I somehow succeed to get rid of the bar when connecting a mouse (I think I clicked on the bar where you enter the cheatcode with the mouse then used O on the controller). I'm playing on PS5.

Oh thank you I haven't thought of doing that. I have a PS4 but I'm not super savvy with electronics haha 😆 I'll try it next time! 

It was working fine for me for a while and then my cheat bar wouldn’t close no matter what I did. I tried restarting my system and game and it’s still staying open after I use it. I have to go to manage worlds to get out of it. Hope this is fixed soon. 

I'm on ps5 and am currently experiencing this same issue. All I was trying to do was use the cas cheat to change the look of my sims infant, but I couldnt exit the cheatbar😭 I can use the cursor to click on the bar and put in other cheats, but I cant exit to play.

What if I dont have a mouse/keyboard for that😭 

Currently play Sims 4 on PS5 and since update, experiencing same issue (along with other bugs that have been reported). Have to exit household (Manage Worlds or Main Menu) to help "restart" 

Having this issue too, only I'm on PC, sometimes it doesn't even come up with I press the controls for it, and sometimes the cheats I type in don't come up at all and i have to restart the game just for it to go through
