[CONSOLE] Sims Delivery Error

Does anyone know how to fix an issue I'm having. Yesterday I was having problems downloading the latest update on the Sims 4 it kept saying error. Today it is saying my content is up-to-date however certain builds on the gallery cannot be downloaded because they are using newer version of the game. I am slightly confused I have tried restarting the console and the app and it says the same thing. Any advise would be greatly appreciated 

I also had the same issue on my Xbox series x. I kept playing and saving but never closed the game completely so I don’t know for sure if anything actually saved. I’ll find out later when I go to play again

why is my sims 4 game saying sims delivery error and unknown error has occurred and when i try to download it won't let me it says resume download it stops while it's downloading on xbox one console. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and everything and it's still doing it is there anyone that can help me out there? could this possibly because of the update that everyone got on PC but not yet on console? should I turn off automatic updates I'm kind of scared to do that I don't know what I'm doing honestly I've just started playing on the Xbox just like a year ago so I don't really know how to go about everything but if someone can help me I definitely have tried everything I feel like.
