I just downloaded the recent update earlier in the day 4/29/25, which I presumed automatically turned off mods though I do play with a few script mods like UI cheats, MCCC, BBB and a UI color mod.

We no longer need save files for this issue as we've been able to successfully reproduce the issue with the saves provided.
