I just downloaded the recent update earlier in the day 4/29/25, which I presumed automatically turned off mods though I do play with a few script mods like UI cheats, MCCC, BBB and a UI color mod.

Same issue happening for me. I play on a Mac, updated the game. It crashes every time before opening the main menu page. Once I removed the Save folder, it loaded to menu. I also tried with a removed Mods folder and that didn't help, as well as repairing and rebooting etc.
