I just downloaded the recent update earlier in the day 4/29/25, which I presumed automatically turned off mods though I do play with a few script mods like UI cheats, MCCC, BBB and a UI color mod.

For any of you that had luck getting the save two work with the mods/cc turned back on, would you mind sending me your entire user folder ?
Zip up Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and upload to wetransfer, googledrive (make sure it's public), oneDrive or SwissTransfer.
