I just downloaded the recent update earlier in the day 4/29/25, which I presumed automatically turned off mods though I do play with a few script mods like UI cheats, MCCC, BBB and a UI color mod.

Just want to give a shout that this issue seems very related to this issue I reported as well.

Still no solution and the only work around i've found is backup OFTEN & don't use any of the new tattoo features, avoid tattoos until this is fixed. It's a bug that came with the tattoo update :( I hope it gets fixed soon.
