I just downloaded the recent update earlier in the day 4/29/25, which I presumed automatically turned off mods though I do play with a few script mods like UI cheats, MCCC, BBB and a UI color mod.

Me too, I am making over a few worlds in a fresh save file and am experiencing 3+ crashes in an hour time span when placing lots/households from the gallery, even if they are extremely simple and have no other comments complaining of crashes. Also getting perpetual loading screens when going to and from Manage Worlds.
