i have no mods, bought a restaurant, on a new save, opened it and closed it for business, the game doesnt let me open it again after that, and the rating stars dont update on panel after notification...

My assigned employees are all cleared itself from "Manage employees" UI menu, and even if I assign new sims to it, I cannot open the restaurant anymore; clicking "Open" does not open at all. WOW. What kind of bug makes Dine out unusable!?
