[DU] Sim didn't receive presentation board/ Gone Missing

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• What did you do when it went missing ? Could you give some details on that (not having a method to get it back is by design and that part should be posted in the feedback forum instead of bugs).

I experienced the same problem. I would work on my board somewhere outside and got an invite to go to a party or so. I clicked yes and left to travel. When I got to the new location I got a notification saying I left my board and it was returned to the household inventory. When I got to my dorm, I checked the household inventory and it wasn't there. It didn't go into my normal inventory either, or nowhere in the dorm my sim was living. 
I do play with mods installed and would be able to check if it happens without mods. I'm not sure if it also happens when a sim is living outside of a dorm. I do believe it happened to me as well in that situation, but I would have to check. I would have to come back to you in a couple of days.
The fact that you can't get a new one makes this quite a tricky thing, my sim was still able to get a good grade without doing the presentation though. I guess taking notes and doing homework plays a big part as well!
