[DU] Unable to 'Capture Information' for Uni Presentations

is this for capture info only or generally ?

Capture Info seems to be the only option where the sim has to interact with the board. The board can be placed in the sims inventory manually (by dragging and dropping) or the sim can put the board in their inventory. Unfortunately, I do not have a sim with a fully complete board or one showing the option to "Give Presentation" despite being enrolled in classes needing said board for a final grade. So at least for my two sims, the only option is the Capture Information, which does not work.

I am also having this issue. Playing on PC, no mods, no CC. I’ve played University for years and this is the first time I’ve encountered this bug. I tried debugging the board but no luck. 

My sim can only capture information for the Presentation, then can't move to the next stage because the option available is always capture information no matter how may times he does it.

I tried to reset the board and also took it to inventory and placed it again, but nothing worked.

This started with Royalty and Legacy,  but not sure which update because I didn't have anyone in college until recently. It worked fine before Royalty.

Note: This sim is a teen.

For me, it does not work at all, but I usually start working on the presentation early. Never had an issue with it before.

PC and 1 mod (Remove the Cart Button), game version 1.123.85.1020

My sims in university get posterboards for presentations, and for each semester "Capture Information" is available but sims will approach the board and immediately cancel the action. Thus, sims are never able to give their final presentation. 

Specifically, this is happening in the Britechester Fine Art Degree Track for Course "There's an Aperture for That". 

I have worked around it by having them do their homework, study for exam, attend class on time, and also the Royalty and Legacy Enlightenment Decree gives a great boost to performance. But it is a very obvious problem and disrupts gameplay flow. 

Having the same issue with a teen sim. Twins actually, three presentations between the two of them and neither can complete the "Capture Information" task
