[EBN] Apothecary not attending booth

I'm having the same problem.  No mods or cc, numerous different characters.  Shows up rarely but is not at the shop when it says he will be.

i've started multiple new saves and he still doesn't show up. 

Could you start a new save for testing purposes and see if he spawns there ?

I am using mods and cc I also already removed and tried and it still hasnt worked. Im on PC. And yes i sat outside his vendor a couple hrs and the guy never showed up

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
•  What platform are you playing ?
• Have you tried during shop hours ?
